Qualifications

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Help organize merchandise flow from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain store displays and cleanliness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain safe, neat store and secure assets.
• Lead and develop store associates.
