Job summary

Dollar Tree seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Burleson, Texas location. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help train and supervise store associates to ensure a positive shopping environment.

The role involves opening/closing procedures, adherence to company policies, loss prevention, and maintaining clean, well-stocked sales floors. Part-time options available.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting operational directives is required.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Supervise and develop Store Associates.
