You will help with opening/closing, payroll, scheduling, loss prevention, and coaching Store Associates to maintain a positive, safe retail environment. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas in the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Protect assets and follow company policies.
