Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety and protect assets.
• Supervise and develop store associates.
• Ensure a respectful, positive environment for customers and staff.
