Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development at our Evans, GA location. You will assist with daily store activities, help customers, and ensure merchandise moves smoothly from delivery to floor while maintaining seasonal areas.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, following corporate directives, maintaining displays, and supporting payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting activities.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize, transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
