Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build positive relationships.
• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• English fluency is required; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining exemplary customer service and building relationships with our customers.
• Assisting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Recruiting, developing, and motivating store team members who exceed customer expectations.
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Supervising CSR activities in the absence of the Store Manager, including transaction processing and cash handling.
• Analyzing financial statements and trends to increase and maximize sales.
• Marketing within the community to increase market share and store revenues.
• Resolving customer complaints for increased customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with scheduling, cash, and store audits.
• Reviewing policies and training updates to ensure understanding of current procedures.
• Maintaining a neat and clean store environment.
