Job summary

The SSI Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in El Paso, TX. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead, develop, and inspire a store team that delivers exceptional customer experiences and drives results.

You will coach and train team members, ensure brand standards, and step into leadership when the Store Manager is unavailable to foster accountability, teamwork, and a positive store culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Leadership experience preferred (keyholder, supervisor, or similar).
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and inspire team members.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-first mindset with a genuine interest in helping people succeed.
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
