Job summary

Dollar Tree in Santee, CA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with opening and closing, supervise associates, and ensure store standards are met.

Responsibilities include merchandising, processing merchandise, payroll and scheduling, and maintaining a safe, clean environment. This is a part-time role with growth potential and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking and standing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Assist in merchandise organization and stockroom to sales floor flow.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process directives and maintain displays and fixtures.
• Assist with ordering merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
