Cash America Pawn is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our team and drive store performance. The role focuses on coaching employees, delivering excellent customer service, and developing leadership skills while handling daily operations with a wide range of merchandise.

Compensation includes $13.00-$19.00 per hour plus Unlimited Commission and a Store Performance Bonus. Great hours and benefits are offered, with Earned Wage Access after day 2, employee discounts, and 401(k)

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous leadership, key-holder, supervisory, or management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, team development, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily store operations and serve as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to meet company standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Help drive store sales, profitability, and performance goals.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support asset protection initiatives.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and operational procedures.
• Monitor loan and buying transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain attractive merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Analyze performance metrics and support the achievement of business objectives.
• Build product knowledge across a wide variety of merchandise categories.
