Citi Trends in Union City, GA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and drive sales performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager on staffing, onboarding, and development of store associates to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You will supervise associates, help with hiring, training, and scheduling while ensuring compliance with company policies, loss prevention standards, and merchandising execution to support store goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of experience as an Assistant Manager or similar retail leadership role.
• 3–5 years of overall retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and people leadership skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations, including percentages.

Responsabilités

• Support daily store operations to meet sales goals and customer experience standards.
• Monitor sales activity and guide associates to deliver excellent service.
• Assist with inventory control, shrink prevention, and compliance with policies.
• Assist Store Manager with hiring, onboarding, and training of associates.
• Maintain appropriate staffing levels and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure safe, organized store environment and adherence to loss prevention standards.
