Taylor Stitch is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead our Seattle store, represent the brand, and deliver outstanding customer service on the sales floor. You will open and close the store and support the Store Manager in their absence.

This full-time role requires availability at least four days a week, including weekends, with a pay rate of $24–$26 per hour plus commission (estimated $1,000 per month).

Formación

• Retail or sales experience is required.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, proactive leadership by example.
• Ability to lead and guide a team.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and navigate stairs.
• Comfort using ladders.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and engage with every customer.
• Provide style and fit guidance.
• Learn product knowledge to highlight features.
• Collaborate with the e-commerce customer service team.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and repairs with care.
• Open and close the store per procedures.
• Oversee daily sales floor operations in absence of Store Manager.
• Assist cash handling, register reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting.
• Support onboarding and coaching of new team members.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised store and stockroom.
• Assist in daily inventory and clothing alterations.
• Keep store dynamic and well-merchandised.
