Hollie Ray's Fifth + Broadway location in downtown Nashville is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead by example and drive day-to-day operations with the Store Manager. You will coach staff, maintain a premier customer experience, and help meet sales goals in a fast-paced boutique setting.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience.
• Dependable, organized and able to handle responsibility.
• Able to coach and redirect team in a positive, professional way.

Responsibilities

• Help lead the store and support daily operations alongside the Store Manager.
• Act as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is not present.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and create a welcoming, engaging customer experience.
• Coach Stylists on customer service, selling, styling, and store expectations.
• Help the team work toward daily and weekly sales goals.
• Keep the team motivated, productive, and focused during shifts.
• Assist customers with styling, fitting rooms, product recommendations, and purchases.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Maintain merchandising standards and keep floor stocked and attractive.
• Communicate inventory needs and store issues to management.
• Help train and onboard new team members.
• Delegate tasks and follow up to ensure completion.
