Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a sales-focused leader to manage the sales floor and deliver a premium customer experience at our Edina location. You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure the store maintains Ralph Lauren's elevated image.

You will collaborate with management to meet revenue goals, manage budgets, and lead initiatives in merchandising, training and loss prevention. Prior retail leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail sales teams and achieving sales goals.
• Strong customer service focus with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to train, mentor and motivate staff to meet targets.
• Experience with visual merchandising and in-store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer experience with service excellence.

• Foster a welcoming environment to drive traffic and build customer loyalty.

• Execute visual presentation initiatives and maintain brand image.
• Oversee loss prevention and asset protection procedures.
• Recruit, supervise and develop staff; fill open roles promptly.
• Collaborate with leadership on promotional strategies to boost sales.
