Job summary

You will assume supervisory control in the Store Manager's absence, help recruit and train staff, monitor inventory and sales trends, and ensure profitability by following internal controls and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and keep up with store goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of the store.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provides knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Promote and sell merchandise and services provided by the store.
