Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store responsibilities.
• Consult with Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling.
• Serve as acting supervisor in Store Manager's absence.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Maintain excellent customer service per manuals and policies.
