Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region in Bonney Lake, WA, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to supervise retail staff and manage day-to-day operations. You will lead store operations, drive sales, ensure compliance, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of $20.00, with responsibilities spanning leadership, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years related experience in retail supervision or management with proven incremental supervisory advancement.
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills.
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus.

Responsabilités

• Support the Store Manager in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives within the retail environment.
• Perform all store opening and closing procedures and responsibilities.
• Provide daily leadership and oversight of retail operations to ensure efficient store performance and a positive customer experience.
• Maximize sales through proper stock rotation, merchandising, signage, and inventory levels of new and used goods.
• Oversee inventory processes and ensure accuracy in records and reporting.
• Monitor payroll expenses and ensure compliance with budgets and company policies.
