Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales, lead a team, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help manage daily operations, staffing, and training while upholding brand standards and inventory control.

This role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, and revenue growth, with a focus on delivering a premium customer experience and supporting store performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, etc. when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals for sales and tasks.
• Recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, protect inventory, funds and property.
• Maintain daily cash management and prepare store for audits.
