Batteries Plus in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, assist customers, and back up the Store Manager to ensure a fully charged visit experience. You’ll be trained to perform technical repairs on cell phones, tablets, and key fobs, while leading by example and helping the team maintain a smooth shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• Basic math and cash register operation skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.
• Provide sales guidance regarding promotions, warranties, and upselling.
• Operate cash registers and process payments accurately.
• Assist with battery rebuilds and technical services as assigned.
• Lead store in manager's absence and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain store safety, appearance, and cleanliness.
