Qualifications

• Customer service-oriented with daily interaction experience.
• Knowledge of grocery operations and store standards.
• Attention to detail across all departments.
• Ability to manage store finances and resources.
• Understanding of state/federal labor laws and compliance.
• Proven delegation and team leadership skills.
• Ability to foster teamwork among staff and suppliers.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and physical readiness.
• Willing to undergo background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching and development to store team members.
• Create a safe, positive store environment for customers and staff.
• Assist in weekly staff scheduling and coverage.
• Lead store operations in the manager’s absence, including opening/closing.
• Support growth and performance through training, mentoring and discipline when required.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders across the store network.
