Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in North Riverside to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and compliance with brand standards, while supporting a fun and inclusive environment for the team.

As the heart of the store, you’ll execute merchandising standards, handle cash and POS tasks, and contribute to a streamlined operation that aligns with Lids’ goals and customer experience

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Capable of working independently without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set sales goals.
• Recruit and train store personnel and enforce company policies.
• Drive selling strategy to hit KPIs and deliver excellent customer service.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
