Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and help develop a high-performing team. In this role you will assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise movement, and compliance with company policies.

You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, lift up to 55 lbs, and communicate effectively with customers and associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and moving merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates under the Store Manager.
