Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide positive, helpful customer service.
• Organize and move merchandise from delivery to stockroom to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, and organized store areas.
• Support loss prevention and protect store assets.
