Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, help customers, organize merchandise, and support opening/closing procedures for a high-energy retail environment.

The role includes enforcing company policies, maintaining displays, assisting in ordering and loss prevention, and training store associates to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping experience.
