Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a store team leader to guide daily operations and deliver a premium customer experience across merchandising, stock, and staff management.

You will help maintain an engaging store environment and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail setting. In collaboration with the Operations Manager, you’ll oversee employee performance, training, visual merchandising, asset protection, and stock control, stepping into additional duties when the manager is absent while

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in omni-channel retail.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.
• Strong cognitive and mathematical skills including analysis and decision making.
• High ethics, integrity, and trust.
• Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers in a timely fashion.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store to store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and all receiving documents per policy and nightly operations.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Performs tasks to execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and corporate directives impacting the customer experience.
