Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns
• Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining seasonal areas and displays
• Perform opening and closing procedures and process directives
• Maintain store areas and protect assets, including cash
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise with the Store Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the store and restrooms
• Adhere to store policies and procedures and ensure team compliance
