• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail, wholesale channels, and phone calls.
• Model expected behaviors and customer service standards.
• Oversee opening and closing routines, security, cash reconciliation, and daily reports.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance docs, performance tracking, and basic P&L awareness items.
• Monitor store metrics and drive improvements in sales, inventory accuracy and cleanliness.
• Provide coaching and support for team development and succession planning.
• Support safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
