Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade courses are a plus.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn the field.
• Proven leadership and guest service skills in a retail or service setting.
• Ability to supervise, coach, and develop a store team.
• Comfort with inventory, orders, and basic P&L awareness.

Aufgaben

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales execution, inventory health, labor alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Model expected behaviors, processes, and customer standards.
• Open/close routines including security, cash reconciliation, and daily reporting.
• Handle or support scheduling, compliance, performance tracking, and basic P&L awareness.
• Monitor store metrics and solve problems to improve sales and operations.
• Provide leadership oversight and coaching for all store functions as needed.
• Support talent development and mentor for advancement.
• Drive safety, asset protection, and continuous improvement initiatives.
