NAPA in Saint Paul, MN seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations while maintaining customer-facing sales responsibilities. You will work with the Store Manager to drive inventory health, labor planning and service quality.

This role is designed as a developmental pathway toward Store Manager. You will supervise flexible daily activities, provide coaching, monitor metrics, and ensure safety and procedural compliance in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in automotive aftermarket or willingness to learn all things automotive.
• Proven leadership experience in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health, and team performance.
• Lead opening/closing routines, cash reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
• Provide coaching, performance management and succession mentoring to staff.
