Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
• Extremely hands-on role; must be able to work all shifts up front and directly with guests and staff
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
• Leads by example and upholds high operation standards in a fast-paced environment
• Able to coach and provide feedback to team for growth
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to work full-time with open availability (late nights, weekends, some holidays)
