Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in Warren, MI. This role involves assisting with daily activities, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention while maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

The ideal candidate has strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to lift up to 55 lbs, and prior retail leadership experience.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent and be able to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environments preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks repeatedly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities to support operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed and follow corporate directives.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness; assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Keep areas stocked and organized; protect store assets and ensure policy compliance.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates; promote a safe, respectful environment.
