Job summary

Windsor Fashions in Grandville, MI is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, coach a team of up to 25 Stylists, and ensure an Omni-channel Oasis experience for customers.

Partner with the Store Manager to hire, train, and develop talent, manage daily operations, and uphold Windsor's merchandising standards while delivering exceptional service and meeting productivity goals.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team up to 25 employees.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Flexible and reliable schedule including opening and closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and ensure overall store success, creating an omni-channel Oasis experience.
• Support Store Manager in hiring talent and onboarding to support retention.
• Organize and plan to execute daily operations on the sales floor.
• Lead, coach and develop stylists through recognition, feedback and tools.
• Follow Windsor policy and procedures with integrity.
• Support execution of Windsor Merchandising Directive and keep store neat.
• Promote Windsor values and a culture of respect and ownership.
