Pandora at Montgomery Mall in Maryland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will immerse in brand, culture, and product, delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the Store Manager. You will spend time on the sales floor, coach the team, drive sales, and uphold merchandising and in-store standards.

You’ll lead with care, connect with fans, and help recruit seasonal and core staff while meeting KPIs and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve store KPIs.
• Coach and develop the sales team with real-time feedback.
• Uphold merchandising and store standards for a brand-accurate experience.
