Dollar Tree in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help oversee store operations, customer service, and team development. You will work closely with the Store Manager to supervise shifts, ensure safety standards, and drive daily performance.

This role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and a commitment to excellent service. You will help with merchandise flow, payroll and scheduling, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment while safeguarding

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling, and loss prevention duties.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Support the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates.
