Responsibilities

• Assists the direct leader with developing and implementing action plans to improve operating results
• Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports
• Identifies training and development opportunities for direct reports
• Models company values to foster teamwork and engagement
• Monitors the community environment and informs leadership of adjustments needed
• Provides product feedback and suggestions on inventory
• Participates in interviewing store personnel
• Ensures adherence to inventory, cash handling, and product signage procedures
• Resolves customer concerns in the leader's absence
• Identifies hazards and ensures equipment is maintained
• Maintains store cleanliness and signage
• Assists with stock levels and product ordering
• Merchandises products to maximize sales
• Supports payroll and loss prevention efforts
• Oversees day-to-day team operations and escalates issues as needed
• Delivers timely completion of assigned responsibilities for excellent customer service
