Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Salt Lake City shop. You will support the Shop Manager, lead a team on the sales floor, and ensure an engaging, inclusive customer experience that reflects our brand values.

You will help exceed daily sales goals, train and develop staff, manage scheduling, and uphold operational standards. The role emphasizes Be Real, Be Curious, Lead Fearlessly, and Live with Purpose while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings, and weekends.
