As an Assistant Store Manager at Scrubs & Beyond, you will support the Store Manager in driving overall store performance, ensuring all areas of the store are aligned with keyobjectivesand delivering an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will encompass allfacetsof store operations, including scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory management, financial reporting, and safety protocols.

In this role, you will alsolead, mentor, and motivate store employees, while developing strategies to achievebusiness goals and boost sales in a competitive market. Additionally, you will play a key role in expanding the company’s market share by selling to both group accounts and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goalsIn partnership with the Store Manager, you will manageexpense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to proceduresEstablish new and preserve long-term customer relationships by cultivating and maintainingrelationships with local healthcare providers and adhering to outreach expectationsCreate an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modelingoptimalselling behaviorsAssistthe Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management effortsinan equitableand consistent mannerAct as the leaderin the buildingand take on management responsibilities when the Store Manager is notavailable,which includes coaching and training team membersLeadthrough theKindthreadCore Values, inspire innovation, andmaintaina high-performance cultureExecute andmaintainstrong visual merchandising standards

Essential Qualifications

Possessin-depth retailexpertiseHave at least 2-4years of retail or sales experience in aleadershipcapacity or relevantexperienceProventrack recordof consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targetsAble to quickly understand and address business information (e.g.,budgets and sales forecasts, retailstrategyand approaches)Canworka flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFT 32-40hoursweekly
