Scrubs & Beyond is hiring a Sales Associate in Aurora, CO. You will understand customer needs and guide them to the best products, delivering exceptional service that drives sales.

The role offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for growth. You’ll work on the sales floor, maintain store appearance, and uphold core values while helping healthcare professionals look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant job experience; minimum 6 months (retail experience preferred).
• Consistently achieve personal and overall store sales goals.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time 12-29 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and maximize personal sales results.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging with customers and modeling selling best practices.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Execute closing and opening duties as assigned.
