Job summary

EZCORP in Englewood, CO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 5-15 Pawnbrokers and deliver outstanding customer service. You will drive revenue and supervise pawn and sales transactions, building strong relationships with customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Bilingual, a plus; pawn experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control cost to deliver budgeted operating margins.
• Oversee accurate sales and loans transactions.
• Analyze reports and provide recommendations for action.
• Ensure team standards for superior customer service.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to Team Members.
• Conduct 1:1s and manage daily store operations.
• Drive personal vehicle for business needs.
