Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, in Plano, TX, seeks an Assistant Store Manager to direct all store operations and drive sales, service, and efficiency. You will lead a team of roughly ten Department Managers and Receivers, uphold safety standards, and model Sprouts values while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires strong leadership, P&L awareness, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age and meet minimum education requirements.
• 1–3 years of retail experience or equivalent combination.
• Proven ability to lead both perishable and non-perishable departments with integrity.
• Strong communication, analytical, and solution-focused decision-making.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR software.

Responsibilities

• Direct all store operations and drive sales, service, and efficiency.
• Lead a team of approximately ten people including Department Managers and Receivers.
• Model Sprouts values and maintain safety, labeling, health, and sanitation standards.
• Oversee inventory, labor, and expenses to meet targets.
• Communicate policy changes, initiatives, and product knowledge to staff.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and staffing recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
