Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity.
• Assist in analysis of Store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall Store performance.
• Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all State, Local and Federal regulations.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.
• Oversee payroll administration and attendance as needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment and facilitate monthly safety meetings.
