Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Florida to oversee daily operations and supervise staff in the Store Manager’s absence. You will lead scheduling, payroll, training, and ensure compliance with company standards.

You will recruit and develop non-exempt associates, deliver excellent customer service, and uphold merchandising and safety standards while working evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Associates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and compliance with regulations.
• Lead recruiting, hiring and development of non-exempt Associates.
• Ensure customer service programs and merchandise presentation are followed.
• Maintain a safe and secure store environment and support loss prevention.
