Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train and develop store associates.
• Experience with payroll, scheduling, and cash handling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store operations.
• Help customers with questions in a friendly manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from truck to stockroom and floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and related communications.
• Maintain store displays and promotional fixtures.
• Support in ordering, damaged merchandise, and loss prevention.
• Supervise and develop store associates; ensure a safe environment.
• Maintain clean, organized store areas.
