Experience in recruiting and training store staff.
Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed store and personal sales goals and standards of performance.
Assist in recruiting and hiring of high-caliber employees for in-store roles.
Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
Provide feedback, coaching, and accountability to all employees by enforcing company policies.
Ensure implementation of company initiatives and alignment with store direction.
Recognize talent and development opportunities for growth within the company.
Supervise daily store operations in the absence of Store Manager/Manager In Training.
