Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, customer service, and team development at our Jefferson City location. You will assist with merchandise flow, supervise associates, and uphold policies to ensure a positive, safe shopping environment.

Ideal candidates have at least a high school diploma and previous store management experience. This role is part-time, with responsibilities including opening/closing, payroll, scheduling, and loss

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret, and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stockroom organization to company standards.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure store associates follow policies.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
