Pandora at Great Lakes Crossing Outlets is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who will champion our brand and deliver extraordinary customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, lead on the sales floor, and help the team achieve sales targets while upholding brand standards.

You will coach and inspire the sales team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure amazing product knowledge and connection with fans. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to connect with customers and team.
• Ability to coach and motivate a sales team to meet KPI targets.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the sales floor and provide exceptional service.
• Support Store Manager and drive sales through brand knowledge and team leadership.
• Foster accountability, deliver real-time feedback, and coach the sales team to hit KPIs.
• Maintain merchandising and on-brand store operations to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Help recruit and onboard seasonal and core sales staff.
