Pacsun Kenwood Towne Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store. You will inspire and motivate team members by modeling core values, ensuring the execution of KPIs, policies and procedures.

In this role you’ll act as floor supervisor during non-peak periods, coach sales associates, recognize outstanding performance, and maintain visual standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Displays a customer-focused mindset at all times and ensures all team members deliver an engaging, positive and authentic customer experience.
• Handles customer situations in compliance with policy and procedures, attempts to “solve for yes” and escalates issues as appropriate.
• Maintains a clean and well organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience.
• Coaches and provides feedback on Sales Associate's performance.
• Drives efficiency in all operational store processes.
• Maintains merchandise flow, filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom.
