Job summary

Pacsun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in leading a customer-focused, top-line sales driven, profitable store location. The Assistant Store Manager must inspire and motivate others by exhibiting core value behaviors—includ­ing a customer focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store's KPIs.

Assistant Managers also must hold store employees accountable to following all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an engaging and authentic customer experience.
• Solve customer issues in line with policy; escalate when needed.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and safe.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve experience.
• Occasionally cover floor supervisor roles during non-peak periods.
• Coach sales associates and provide performance feedback.
• Support associate engagement and recognize outstanding performance.
• Ensure adherence to company directives and visuals.
• Drive efficiency in store operations and merchandise presentation.
• Maintain stockroom organization and safety.
