Job summary

PacSun is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Cincinnati to support the Store Manager in leading a customer‑driven, top-line focused store. You’ll motivate staff, uphold policies, and ensure profitable, productive operations while delivering a memorable shopping experience for guests.

As a manager, you’ll coach associates, drive brand standards, and balance strong presence with approachability. This role is part-time and requires flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Passion for product, brands, fashion and trends.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Effective written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Strong communications skills.
• Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Display a customer‑focused mindset at all times and deliver an engaging, positive customer experience.
• Handle customer situations in policy-compliant ways and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, well-organized store and promote the customer experience.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve service.
• Perform as floor supervisor during non-peak periods.
• Coach associates and provide performance feedback.
• Recognize outstanding performance and drive associate engagement.
• Ensure understanding of directives and standards across the team.
• Delegate tasks to meet operational needs and maintain visual standards.
