Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-focused store experience and ensure engaging, positive interactions.
• Resolve customer situations per policy and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and stockroom.
• Share customer feedback with leadership to improve experience.
• Occasionally cover floor supervisor duties during non-peak periods.
• Coach and provide feedback to Sales Associates and recognize performance.
