Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure quick processing of returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods.
• Manage opening/closing duties, money handling, bank deposits, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with management to ensure compliance with company policies and schedules.
